Club Hire Information for Merimbula Big Game and Lakes Angling Club (MBGLAC) Club Rooms
MBGLAC Club Room is conveniently located at Spencer Park, Main Street Merimbula. The Club room and balcony overlook the Jetty and the beautiful Merimbula Lake which provides a spectacular backdrop for your event. The venue is available for hire to Club members and the public.
Capacity: The room accommodates approximately 60 people.
Hire Period: The hire period is up to 6 hours plus “set up” time. The Club room must be vacated by 10pm.
Facilities
Bar: The Club has a fully stocked Bar. A Bar attendant is provided if the bar is requested as part of the hire.
Kitchen: Hot Plate – 4 burners domestic
Oven – Fan forced domestic
Bain Marie – 1 metre long
Kettle
Urn – 5 litres
Utensils, pots, trays, crockery, cutlery, and glassware for
approximately 60 people.
Hire Process
Persons wishing to hire the facility must complete an “Application for Club Hire” form. A member of the club will then make contact to organise a pre-hire inspection and discussion at the club after which a quote will be provided.
